Delray Reef Shop's Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Please note that we can only accept returns for and refund non-living, non-food products such as tanks, gravel and aquarium decorations.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Period
You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received the item.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Marine life
- Pet food
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount
- Custom or personalized items
Process for Refunds
- To initiate a refund, please contact us at reefshops@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Once we receive your return request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
- After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within [number of days] days, and the funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 30, please:
- Check with your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at reefshops@gmail.com to arrange for the return and replacement.
